History

In our 10th year, we’re proud of the international performers we’ve presented on Vancouver Island -- in addition to over 200 local and regional jazz acts who’ve graced our stages.

We’re now a year-round live music presenter nurturing partnerships and collaborations enhancing the live performance landscape in our community. We’ve created educational and performance opportunities for music students in public schools. This community participation and leadership led to recognition as BC Live’s 2023 “Festival of the Year” – a fantastic credit just seven years into our mission!

‘Salute to Music Education’ is part of our 10th Anniversary as is the development of our most diverse lineup of performers and variety of settings — from a waterfront park to night clubs to coffee shops. restaurants and theatres. Pick the style you like and join us this year!
